Terms & Conditions

Our company provides IT Asset Disposal services to organisations across the UK. We have a number of service levels which include:

‘Free of charge or cost neutral service’: The cost of our service is covered by the remarketing value recoverable from the devices. We aim to keep our collections free of charge based on the following criteria: – quantity, quality, age & type of device allowing.

‘Chargeable’: We provide a quote upfront for the cost of your collection and disposal service (if a free collection is not viable). This covers the cost of logistics and processing. The customer decides whether they want to proceed or not. A purchase order number would be required to schedule a collection and payment required within 30 days of the date of invoice.

‘Money back’: This is where we have offered a quote for your devices or profit share model. This is based on valuation upfront from the information the client has provided. Inspection and testing will confirm the quotation value. The client is required to invoice us and all invoices will be paid within 30 days of receipt.

You will receive a Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note which we issue on behalf of the Environment Agency for all items collected.

For a booking to be viable we must request that the following terms are met to prevent failed collections and to ensure clients do not incur unnecessary retrospective charges. We use both in house and outsourced national logistics partners which require us to allocate resources internally the day before your collection date.

For the completion of our job sheet, we will require:

  • Sire contact
  • Site opening times
  • Site address
  • Direct dial for the day of the collection
  • Information on site access or parking restrictions
  • All equipment must be on a ground floor location and if not possible advised of the location prior to booking
  • We are a registered upper tier waste carrier, broker and dealer for WEEE. We do not collect any general waste, office waste, white goods, or non-electrical devices as this is outside of our licensing. If this type of waste is added to the collection without our knowledge, there may be retrospective charges incurred for the disposal (as the waste items may not be in line with the waste we are licensed to collect so have to pay to have this treated accordingly).
  • If devices are stripped or incomplete or in a condition which is different to that which we have been informed; this may affect the original quote, service level and charges may apply.
  • We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations (failing to do this could result in a charge to the organisation)

Free collections are offered when the value of the equipment surpasses the internal costs of us collecting / processing and remarketing those devices. It is based on the inventory that is provided from the client. Should devices be removed or added to the original inventory provided at time of booking – we will need notification 48 hours prior to the collection. It may be that such changes render our ‘free service’ non-viable and a new service level may be offered.

Failure to notify us of any amendments may result in retrospective charges being applied.
